We have been getting error messages ever since we purchased Mie Trak back in 2017, we had some hours of support that we got, they tried to fix things but it was all temporal fixes. I feel this company is the most selfish, they just take your money so you get into this system and they did not even consider that this system doesn't work well with what we do, the type of product/business, at the end of the day, Money Suckers.
