When 1 single part has multiple failures, how can you enter this data so it is reportable? For example:
I have part XYZ qty 1. It has an OOT hole, the paint has FOD, and the weld is cracked. 

In this example, I need to correct all issues on one rework order. However, from a quality reporting standpoint, I can only select one responsible department, work center, operation, and reject type. But as a quality manager, the business has THREE areas of failure it needs to address, not 1. Creating 1 NCR per issue is not a viable solution because then this skews your quantity looking like you have 4 failed parts when you actually have 1 failed part with 4 unique issues.
