Questions on Mie Trak
- What
does the "Max on Hand" field in the Item maintenance do? It does
not limit the QTY you can order when I was in the sand box? Is this just a
reference field? Is the "Min to Order" the same?
- In
the Item Maintenance can the "Est. Annual Usage" be updated on a
rolling 12 month window? Currently I understand it is per calendar year, a
few months into the new year this field is not helpful.
- Is
there a way to bring in Average Consumption per day/month or Estimated annual usage on a PN from
the Transaction field in the "Item Master". Also, I need this data in
the inventory report per each part number.
- Is
there a way in MIE Trak, to reflect that a part is no longer bought???
There are many old parts that I want to keep in the system but would like
to filter out on reports with an "Active" or
"In-Active". Since some parts are just for custom builds it
would clean up the system and reports. It would also need to be easy to
switch between active or in-active as a part may need to be ordered again
for a one time use.
- Is
there a way to lock a PN from Being ordered as we are depleting the PN
because of a new PN replaced it?
- Possible Fields that might work?
- On Hold, Cannot Invoice, On ECN Hold, Cannot Create
Work Order, Default, Favorite, Stock Inventory, Remnant
- What about the Expiration Field? What about POP UP's
when buy the obsolete part?
